vista: cant get in game

evertime i want to play the game closes but theres no error . i've created a char but everytime i click on start game with char the game crashes when ro loades to go in game! help me pls .. i hope u understand my problem because i cant speak so good english xD

Have you tried creating another account and seeing if it also closes without showing the error?
