Failed to Initialize Properly

I have downloaded both client and mirror, when i try to launch game i get the following error: failed to initialize properly. Has this happened to anyone else or can anyone give me a solution to my very bothersome problem.

Could you be a lot more specific on that? Like post screenies or something.
