ro1 lagging Empty ro1 lagging

We are having huge lag at the ro1 server, days ago the server started so it sometimes and now continously, at first we thought was a problem of updating something to the server or something like that, but can't take the entire week to upload files....

Well just want to know if there's anything you can do about it.
