Stylist NPC?

A stylist NPC for changing Hairstyles/face would be cool 
maybe add a quest item to be able to access it? , would add some more spice to the game.
You could also integrate it in the jobchange NPC's instead of making a new NPC, just my 2 cents... Thanks
