29-6-2009 pre-announcement ^^

hey hey,

i have some good news:

The aegisRO2 emulator is a good running one, but the source we have now is not under development anymore.
so i am going to work on the new emulator wich is called: Aegis Revolution.
Thanks to Chii we can do this, so i am very happy i met her

these are the futures that will be fixed:
-blacklist
-friendlist
-you can hold more than 1 weapon (up to 4).
-even share on exp
-mark for party members on mini-map
-no crashes on gateway
-more stable

at 29-6-2009 i will test the source with my GM team and check if everything works properly and stuff ^^.
but
this means the server will be offline for a crtain amount of hours that
day,i think about 4 hours and if everything works fine i will give some
more information

I wish you the best of luck in this endevor. I have been working with Saga Revised for the past month and a half fixing as many things as possible (re-doing mob spawns for mostzones, non-functional npcs, wing of wind warp fixes, zonefixes, loot table adjustments, coupon trader additions, quests causing database corruption issues, starting location factory, adding missing items). Sadly I am not a true programming so many of the major emulator bugs are beyond my capabilities, but my dev is working on them (LP, sp regen in combat, mob AI, healing pots/spells, auction house, stats and status effects, stances, various issues that occur while partied, ect)

I have Compiled a full and partial client installer with many improvements as to its user friendlyness (auto hackshield trick for vista users, backup ragii.exe's in .rar and .zip, custom char creation video) If you want to see the changes I have made so far, send me a PM and I'll be glad to help if I can.

This sounds really nice, i really like all of those.

i really hope for these, especially for when the login server goes down and your "Auto-server fixer" doesnt read it(good example: right now)

also, would that mean con would increase attack speed? (like noticeably?)
