Heres what i made
Change Logs:
- First Complete Piece of Aegis RO II's banner
- Changed Image Scale to fit Forum
- Added Extra Words due to extra Space
- Changed Background Colour to fit Forum
- Added Glow Effect

i can make it animate..but not on this comp..needa work on the other com cuz there den got Adobe Flash cs4

Sorry bout the current banner, its sucks.
Well, i think Eli would really really like this banner
but before I change the banner, could you change the resolution to 764px × 165px? so it won't look so... erh. out-of-place. XD

Agreed. Standard size for the forum banner is really 764 x 165 px
