it means your UI aka interface is not installed correctly. better downlaod the client again or reinstall it.

C:\Program Files\Gravity\AegisRO2\Data or where your aegisRO2 folder is and check in that map if the UI folder is there. if that is true, than go in to that folder and check if the: XML.fpg image.fpk and style.fpk is in there.
